On Tuesday 27 June 2023, a Round Table was held in Yaoundé as a prelude to Parliament's next Budget Orientation Debate (DOB). The event brought together the APNIFFT ("African Parliamentarians Network on Illicit Financial Flows and Taxation"), representatives of civil society and the media to discuss how to improve the legal framework governing the DOB, with a view to establishing an inclusive, effective and efficient parliamentary debate on responsible budgetary guidelines.

On 23 May 2023, a critical meeting was held at the Permanent Secretariat of the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) at Bastos, Yaoundé. The conference brought together representatives of the extended college of Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) who are members of the Multi-Stakeholder Group (MSG) to discuss preparations for the EITI Validation scheduled for October.

The meeting was marked by the participation of various CSOs, each of which has a crucial role to play in achieving this Validation. The moderator, Mr MBALLA MBALLA Jean from CRADEC, warmly welcomed the participants and underlined the importance of this face-to-face meeting to strengthen collaboration.

On September 15, 2022 in Yaoundé, the Consortium of CSOs ADIN, AFROLEADERSHIP, CRADEC, DMJ and Transparency International Cameroon, organized a workshop for the presentation and appropriation of the digital platform on the monitoring of the Public Order in Cameroon, www.cameroon-ocd.org . About thirty people from public administrations, local authorities and technical development partners, CSOs, youths involved in participatory and inclusive development through public finance and natural resource management for the implementation of the SDGs in Cameroon took part in the workshop.
