ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 3rd CITIZEN'S DIALOGUE

«Budgetary governance and health crisis: state of preservation of public assets for the guarantee of human rights in Covid-19 time in Cameroon», it is under this theme that the 3rd edition of the CITIZEN'S DIALOGUE will be held from December 9 to 10, 2021 at the MERINA Hotel - Yaounde. Carried by the Consortium ADIN, Afroleadership, CRADEC, DMJ and TI-C, as well as the CRADEC / TJNA partnership; it falls within the ongoing fight against corruption, the fight against tax evasion, the analysis of the management of public wealth and the evaluation of their impacts on human rights.

Organised on the occasion of the commemoration of the International Anti-Corruption and Human Rights Days on 9 and 10 December, the Citizen's Dialogue promotes consultations and dialogue with civil society, supports national and regional advocacy by facilitating the participation of a wide range of civil society organisations and marginalised groups in regional and global dialogues and processes on sustainable development within the UN framework. The Citizen's Dialogue aims to be a civic platform for facilitating the participation of civil, business, political, trade union and faith-based organisations in the national process of implementing the SDGs/2030, Vision 2035 and the African Union's Agenda 2063, with a focus on Public Wealth - an indicator of fiscal sovereignty.
